Yam l'Yam

This hike is always a highlight of the Shnat program. All of the English-speaking shnatties from around the world participated in our annual three-day hike, beginning at the shore of the Mediterranean Sea, and ending at the Kinneret. The hike took place in mixed groups with Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, North America, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We began with a ceremony of collecting water at the Mediterranean, which we then carried all the way with us to the Kinneret, which our very own Gideon Sztajer participated in:

The hike was a great opportunity for the shnatties from the southern hemisphere to welcome those from the northern hemisphere who have just started Shnat. It was a wonderful tiyul, throughly enjoyed by all.
